Bariatric Care Center is a general and bariatric surgery practice in Tijuana's Zona Río. It brings together two surgeons, Dr. Ari Salgado and Dr. Martín Orduño, who share one way of working: a clear diagnosis, minimally invasive surgery whenever it is the best option and close follow-up.
Most people who come to us have tried for years to lose weight. Others arrive with gallbladder attacks, a hernia or reflux that no longer responds to medication. In every case the work starts with listening, and it ends only when you understand what you have and what your options are.
Surgery is performed in a full-service hospital, and around it there is a team: internal medicine, anesthesiology, nutrition, psychology and a hyperbaric chamber to support recovery.
